Job Description Summary:
Directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Agencyâ€™s Management Information System (MIS). Supports upgrades and modifications to the MIS in support of operational requirements. Maintains the operational capability of equipment located in Agency offices. Performs the following duties directly.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School/G.E.D. diploma required
Experience in computer systems required.
Associateâ€™s degree or certificate from a Technical School preferred,
Extensive background incomputer systems to include: hardware configurations and installation of application packages. Proficency with troubleshooting Windows 10 and strong understanding of LAN/WAN principles and protocols.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
